After every lesson, your coach sends written lesson notes by email: what was covered, what's improving and what to practise this week. Notes are also saved in your student portal to look back on any time.

What age can my child start?
From 5 years old. We teach kids, teens and adults of any age.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Every lesson is tailored, whether you're a complete beginner or already performing.
What happens in the trial lesson?
Your first lesson is introductory and costs $40. Your coach gets to know your goals and experience and gives you a feel for how we work. If it's a fit, you enrol for the term.
How do terms work?
We follow Victorian school terms, with 10-week terms and no charge during school holidays. Enrolling commits you to the full term, and your place rolls over into the next term unless you give 2 weeks written notice.
How do I pay?
Weekly by GoCardless direct debit (plus a $2 per week processing fee) or upfront by invoice before the first lesson. Vocal groups and choir are upfront only. All prices include GST.
What if we miss a lesson?
Cancel through the student portal with more than 24 hours notice and you receive a make-up credit, valid for 90 days. Lessons cancelled with less notice are forfeited.
Can parents stay during the lesson?
One parent is welcome at the first lesson. After that we run a kiss-and-go policy at both studios to keep lessons focused.
Will my child get to perform?
Yes. Every term ends with a performance day, plus mid-year and end-of-year concerts. Performing is always encouraged, never forced.

Drop-off & collection
Both studios run a kiss-and-go policy, as parking is limited.
Mornington: please use the TVA designated spots or street parking. Rear drop-off is also available.
Mentone: the studio is upstairs and the main entrance door stays locked until each lesson. Please wait for your coach to come to the door. There is ample street parking, plus extra parking at Safeway three doors down.
